  • I have an emergency outside of your working hours ?

    We are contactable outside of working hours via phone, email or WhatsApp. We will be happy to assist you. Your safety is our main priority.

  • I am buying a house to live in and have concerns about the electrics?

    This is not a legal requirement, however we would strongly recommend getting an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). This will give an unbiased and honest review of the current installation. This can prevent any unforeseen costs being incurred after completion. This is something we specialise in.

  • Do you take card payments?

    Yes we can take card payments on site and also accept bank transfer. All payments are provided with an invoice and receipt.

  • Can i buy my own materials?

    Yes, however no manufacturer guarantee will be provided by ourselves and will be down to you to claim if required. We will only provide a workmanship guarantee.

  • Will i get a certificate upon completion?

    All work will be provided with an electrical certificate and building notification when required.

  • How long will i have to wait to receive a written quote?

    Once visiting a site we aim to send a written quote via email within 48hrs unless a specialist component is required and a price is needed to be sourced.

  • Will you beat another written quote?

    Unfortunately we do not compete on price, but are willing to work with our customers to meet their budget. Our price reflects the full service that we offer. We can guarantee a professional, reliable, safe and quality electrical service, but we can not guarantee the cheapest price.

  • I have an unsatisfactory EICR, can you do the remedial work?

    Yes we can carry out the remedial work subject to a review of the EICR findings.

  • I have a commercial property - Do you work weekends?

    We can work nights or on a weekend to accommodate our customers needs and requirements.
